Hi, I’m Jessica Rachel — I’m passionate about helping people live on purpose, for a purpose, while pursuing health and wholeness.

After walking through my own healing journey — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — I learned firsthand how God can restore what feels broken when we align our hearts and minds with His truth. That experience became the heartbeat behind everything I do today.

I currently serve as the Next Gen Pastor at our home church where I love investing in the next generation of leaders. I’m also the founder of Fight 4 Our Health, a faith-based nonprofit that helps people overcome anxiety, chronic pain, and emotional struggles through biblical truth and mind-body renewal.

Alongside that, I run Faith-Based Business Consulting, where I help Christian entrepreneurs and ministry leaders create systems, organize their operations, and build businesses that reflect their values — so they can serve well without burning out.
